This policy explains how Sehat Cart (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit sehatcart.store or buy from us. Sehat Cart is built in partnership with Hendrix Technologies, who provide our online store and payment technology.
1. Information we collect
- Order details: your name, phone number, email, delivery address and the products you order.
- Payment details: your Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet number and transaction reference. Your MPIN / PIN is entered on your own phone and is never seen or stored by us.
- Messages: anything you send us by WhatsApp, phone, email or our contact form — for example, product questions or sizes.
- Health-related context you choose to share: sometimes you may tell us about a condition or share a prescription so we can recommend the right device. We use this only to help with your request and do not use it for marketing.
- Technical data: basic device, browser and usage information collected through cookies to keep the site and cart working.
2. How we use your information
- To process, deliver and support your orders, returns and warranty claims.
- To confirm payments with our payment provider and prevent fraud.
- To answer your questions and send order updates by SMS, WhatsApp or email.
- To improve our products, website and service.
- To send offers only if you agree — you can opt out at any time.
3. Who we share it with
- Payment provider: Simpaisa processes Easypaisa and JazzCash payments on our behalf.
- Courier partners: to deliver your order (name, phone and address only). (EDIT: list your couriers, e.g. TCS / Leopards / M&P.)
- Technology partner: Hendrix Technologies and our hosting provider, who keep the store running securely.
- Authorities: only when required by Pakistani law.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep your cart and checkout working, and may use basic analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, but the cart and checkout may not work properly.
5. How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for delivery, warranty, accounting and legal purposes (usually up to 5 years), and then delete or anonymise them. (EDIT: confirm your retention period.)
6. Security
Our site uses SSL encryption, access to order data is limited to staff who need it, and payments are handled by our payment partner, Simpaisa. No method is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
7. Your choices
- Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete your information (unless we must keep it by law).
- Opt out of marketing messages at any time.
8. Children
Our store is intended for adults. Orders for children’s healthcare products should be placed by a parent or guardian.
